Secure Your Date
Fill out our quick inquiry form below or schedule an initial consultation. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a customized digital proposal through which you can review your invoice, sign our service agreement and submit your 50% retainer to secure your date.
Design Your Experience
5 weeks prior to your event, we’ll send you a questionnaire to finalize venue logistics and schedule a design consultation for any custom enhancements. We’ll collaborate to get everything ready 2 weeks before your event, which is also when the final payment to secure staffing is due.
Flawless Execution
On your big day, our team handles everything — delivery, setup, and teardown. We’ll ensure your photo station looks incredible and is ready on time for seamless use. We offer a dedicated Booth Butler for clients who prefer a fully hosted experience.
Cherish Forever
Your guests enjoy instant personalized photo keepsakes during the celebration. We’ll follow up within 3 business days after your event to ensure the experience aligned with your vision and to deliver the complete digital gallery so you can download, share and relive every memory forever.
