Fill out our quick inquiry form below or schedule an initial consultation. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a customized digital proposal through which you can review your invoice, sign our service agreement and submit your retainer to secure your date.
Design Your Experience
5 weeks prior to your event, we’ll send you a brief questionnaire to finalize venue logistics and schedule a design consultation for any custom enhancements. We’ll collaborate to get everything ready 2 weeks before your event, which is also when the final payment to secure staffing is due.
Flawless Execution
On your big day, our team handles everything — delivery, setup, and teardown. We’ll ensure your photo station looks incredible and is ready on time for seamless use. We offer a dedicated Booth Butler enhancement for clients who prefer a fully hosted experience.
Cherish Forever
Your guests enjoy instant personalized photo keepsakes during the celebration. We’ll follow up within 3 business days after your event to ensure the experience aligned with your vision and to deliver the link to your full digital gallery so you can download, share and relive every memory forever.
